We all want to help our children grow and develop into healthy adults, but
advice on healthy foods for kids can be conflicting which is why I always
return to traditional diets. That is, what were the foods that nurtured the
growth and development of kids in years past - before things like Gogurts,
Flinstone's Daily Vitamins and other commercial foods.

I find that good old-fashioned cooking, a spoonful of cod liver oil
and common sense keep my child resilient and healthy.
